✨ About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do
✨ Research fashion, lifestyle, and international trends to inspire new design concepts
🎨 Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, fabric stories, and color palettes
🖊️ Create original sketches, CAD renderings, and complete technical packages
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept through production
🧵 Participate in fittings and reviews, providing creative and technical feedback
🌍 Communicate with overseas factories and suppliers regarding design details
🛍️ Build direct relationships with suppliers and buyers
📊 Support internal and external collection presentations
🗂️ Manage design libraries, trims, samples, and inspiration boards
💰 Ensure designs align with cost targets and quality standards
What You Bring
🎓 Degree in Fashion Design or related field
🧵 2–3 years of hands-on design experience
💻 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
📐 Strong skills in creating tech packs and CAD renderings
👗 Excellent sense of style and ability to work across multiple brand aesthetics
📅 Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
🤝 Strong communication and teamwork skills
