Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Content Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The Fashion Content Manager will be responsible for leading content creators, planning content, directing shoots, reviewing output, and ensuring strong execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. We are looking for someone hands-on, trend-aware, visually strong, and passionate about fashion content.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of content creators
• Build weekly and monthly content plans
• Direct creators during shoots and content production
• Guide lighting, angles, styling, and storytelling
• Review content before posting and ensure quality
• Follow up on execution and maintain content consistency
• Keep brand image and visual direction aligned across platforms
• Stay updated on fashion trends, content trends, and social media formats
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of fashion content and visual storytelling
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Hands-on experience in content planning and shoot direction
• Strong eye for styling, quality, trends, and execution
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fast, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Experience managing creators or creative teams is a plus
