F10 Studio is a photography and videography studio based in Toronto, Canada, specializing in Weddings, Portraits, Headshots, and Corporate Event Photography.
Our services are available for travel worldwide, offering exceptional photography experiences for various occasions.

Administrative Assistant
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at F10 Studio. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, handling correspondence, organizing schedules, and performing clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills proficiency
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the photography industry is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Video Editor
This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at F10 Studio. The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics. Day-to-day tasks include editing and enhancing raw footage, creating visual effects, and producing high-quality videos for various projects.
Qualifications
- Video Production and Video Editing skills
- Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics
- Graphics design skills
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Attention to detail and creative mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or related field
Sales Manager
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at F10 Studio. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. They will also develop and implement sales strategies, collaborate with the marketing team, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Lead Generation and Sales Closing abilities
- Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy Development
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Experience in Photography or Creative Industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Operations Manager
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Manager at F10 Studio. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, managing schedules, coordinating logistics for events and photo shoots, and ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in project management and operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools for operations management
- Knowledge of the photography industry is a plus
