Position: Expert UI/UX Designer Role at Saatchi

In this senior role, you will be the key player in leading design initiatives for enterprise web experiences. Your advanced skills in Figma and interaction design will drive the quality of user experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet user needs while being technically sound and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage UI/UX design for new and enhanced digital experiences
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
• Ensure collaboration with developers for feasible designs
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior designers
• Utilize AI-driven tools to streamline design processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Advanced expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Experience with CMS and agile project environments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
