Relevant project experience
- Residential apartment & Commercial projects
- Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features and taking measurements of distances, co-ordinates and lines for the site to establish proper boundaries
- Performing mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.
- Marking and delineating boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land
- Analysing data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs.
- Presenting report survey data to managements, construction crews and preparing reports and other relevant information.
- Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
- To Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
- Research and design methods for survey processes
- Supervise and provide guidance to field staff
- Purchase and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects
- Research additional information about a property through titles, survey records and land records
- Travelling to sites, when necessary

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in surveying from reputed university
- 4-6 Years of experience
- Experience in Construction site surveying, preferably in real estate and apartments
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, Auto cad tools and utilities
- Good knowledge in operation of latest survey machine
