Executive Assistant – Creative Company ($60k-$65k)
Growing and innovative creative company is immediately seeking a star EA to serve as the founder's right hand.

Daily tasks:
-Conduct client research and organize leads
-Maintain and update CRM
-Perform client outreach
-Take and send meeting notes
-Manage calendars and book travel
-Perform personal assistant duties, including running errands and setting appointments
-Plan and execute special events, such as annual company retreat
-Research/implement tools such as AI
The CEO is looking for someone who can dedicate themselves to an EA role for the next few years who is not trying to climb the ladder in entertainment.
Applicants must have 2 years of solid EA experience and comfort with AI. Exposure to HubSpot is a plus!
Role is fully remote but applicants must be LA-based – the team meets up throughout the month.
