Job Description
- Coordinate and organise events/workshops
- Assist in preparing workshops/event proposals and budgets
- Attend meetings/get event briefs from clients and customers
- Assist with fragrance bar and fragrance booth set up and operations
- Manage inventory in lab, storeroom and for events/workshops
Requirements
- Articulate and excellent communication skills
- A can-do attitude with attention to details
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Preferable if can start immediately but not mandatory
