Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate a variety of special events and festivals

• Collaborate with vendors and performers for event success

• Lead and mentor junior staff members during events

• Create event layouts and manage setup requirements

• Compile post-event reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion and related events experience

• Experience in event planning and project management

• Proven ability to lead teams and provide support

• Exceptional writing skills for reports and emails

• Valid British Columbia Driver’s License required
