The Event Sales Specialist will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, expanding partnerships, and supporting sales growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals within an assigned territory
  • Execute sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing distribution partners
  • Implement creative sales and outreach strategies to meet channel needs
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations
  • Prospect for new business and partnership opportunities
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to increase brand awareness
  • Participate in professional development and training seminars
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 Sales Representatives, ensuring team and individual KPIs are met

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or content creation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Comfortable using POS systems and sales tools
  • Reliable transportation to our Kansas City office
  • Professional, confident, and client-focused demeanor
