About The Opportunity
An established creative events organisation is seeking a talented Event Producer to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of live, hybrid, and experiential events, from large-scale public productions to high-impact brand activations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping creative concepts and delivering exceptional event experiences from initial idea through to live delivery and post-event wrap-up.
This position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in the events industry
, preferably within an agency environment, who combines creative thinking with strong operational delivery.
The Role Creative & Concept Development
- Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and experiential ideas aligned with client objectives
- Create visually compelling proposals and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with creative, production, and technical teams to shape event narratives and audience experiences
Event Production & Project Management
- Lead the delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events from concept to completion
- Build and manage production schedules, budgets, and logistics plans across multiple projects
- Define event objectives, timelines, and key deliverables
- Oversee pre-production, live delivery, and post-event evaluation
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead client meetings and present creative proposals and updates
- Manage feedback and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and internal teams
Supplier, Venue & Talent Coordination
- Source and manage venues, suppliers, and event talent
- Negotiate costs and obtain competitive quotes
- Maintain strong industry relationships and manage supplier contracts and briefings
- Manage on-site operations including event build, live delivery, and de-rig
- Lead teams and suppliers during event delivery
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively during live events
Operational & Production Management
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Produce event risk assessments and ensure health & safety compliance
- Coordinate workflow across departments and manage competing priorities
- Create event floor plans and collaborate with technical teams on site layouts
About You
- 3+ years’ experience producing events, ideally within an agency or fast-paced production environment
- Strong creative thinking and ability to develop concepts and proposals
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform well under pressure
- High attention to detail and solutions-focused approach
- Experience using Canva, Microsoft Office, and event production tools
- Understanding of AI image generation tools is beneficial
