About the Role
We are seeking an Event Experience & Performance Specialist to serve as the energetic core of our international events team. This role involves talent scouting, coaching, global network building, on‑site event coordination, and content creation.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and train event speakers, moderators, and panelists.
Build and nurture a global network of speakers, hosts, and content contributors.
Travel internationally to represent the company, coordinate events on‑site, and ensure flawless execution.
Conduct on‑camera interviews with executives (in‑person and virtual) and contribute to podcasts, blogs, and newsletters.
Manage all speaker communications, follow‑ups, and attendance confirmations.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills and confidence in public speaking.
International background or multilingual capabilities.
Strong interest in content creation, interviewing, or on‑air storytelling.
Proactively organized, able to juggle multiple high‑priority tasks across markets.
Comfortable with outreach and building high‑value relationships.
Bonus:
