Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events for clients within the arts and entertainment industry. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing budgets and timelines, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring events align with clients' branding and promotional strategies. This role requires exceptional organization and communication skills to deliver unforgettable experiences that elevate the client's brand.
Qualifications
- Event planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management experience
- Strong budget management, project planning, and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with event management tools and software is a plus
- Experience with the arts, music industry, or creative branding is highly desirable
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required, to align with event schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
