Creative Strategist – Events Marketing

Department: Event Marketing Location- Sultanpur, New Delhi Shift Time- 10:30am – 7:00pm
Working Days- 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a sharp understanding of brand experiences, consumer behaviour, and event storytelling—especially within the alcohol & beverage (Alco-Bev) space. The ideal candidate will bridge strategy and creativity, crafting experiential concepts that drive brand love, engagement, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Thinking & Ideation
· Develop creative strategies for events, activations, and campaigns that align with client brand objectives and market positioning.
· Translate client briefs into compelling experiential ideas tailored for the alco-bev audience.
· Identify insights into consumer behaviour, trends, and cultural movements relevant to the alco-bev sector.
· Collaborate with the creative, design, and client servicing teams to ensure cohesive brand narratives.
Creative Development
· Conceptualize and present 360° experiential marketing campaigns, including on- ground events, trade activations, pop-ups, and digital extensions.
· Create brand storytelling frameworks and campaign mood boards that bring ideas to life.
· Guide art and content teams to maintain conceptual and visual consistency across touch points.
Brand & Market Insight
· Stay updated on category trends, competitor activities, consumer preferences, and event innovations within the alco-bev space.
· Leverage research and analytics to refine strategies and measure campaign impact.
· Suggest innovative experiential formats and technologies to elevate brand engagement.
Collaboration & Execution
· Work closely with the production and operations teams to ensure strategic and creative alignment during event execution.
· Participate in client pitches, presentations, and brainstorming sessions.
· Provide creative direction during live events and activations as needed.
