Remote Role
We are looking for a Creative Strategist – Events & AI Visualization to join our creative team
and support the development of high-impact event proposals for corporate events, community
events, brand activations, mall activations, exhibitions, and experiential projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong design understanding who can interpret creative
briefs, develop event concepts, produce visually aligned outputs, and use AI tools to bring ideas
to life through strong visual references and proposal presentations.
The candidate should be a designer at core, with a strong eye for visual direction, color palettes,
layout, composition, branding, and overall presentation quality. They should be able to think
creatively, work fast, understand event requirements, and translate ideas into cohesive visual
concepts.
Responsibilities
● Understand event briefs, client objectives, audience profiles, and brand requirements.
● Develop creative event concepts, themes, activation ideas, and experience directions.
● Create visual directions for stages, entrances, booths, photo opportunities, branded
zones, activity areas, and event environments.
● Use AI tools to generate strong visual references and concept imagery for event
proposals.
● Translate ideas into cohesive visual concepts that feel aligned, practical, and
presentation-ready.
● Structure and design event proposal presentations with clear flow, strong visual
hierarchy, and clean formatting.
● Be up-to-date with events industry, design styles, activities, trends, materials, and visual
directions.
● Work with speed, ownership, creative judgment, and attention to detail.
Requirements
● Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience preferred in events, activations, exhibitions,
experiential marketing, spatial design, or related creative fields.
● This is primarily a skill-based role. A strong portfolio and demonstrated capability
matter more than years of experience.
● Strong design sense with good understanding of layouts, color palettes, typography,
branding, visual hierarchy, and presentation aesthetics.
● Ability to interpret creative briefs and produce visually aligned outputs.
● Good understanding of event concepts, spatial experiences, guest flow, and basic
production feasibility.
● Strong interest and capability in using AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools for creative
visualization.
● Ability to create prompt-driven visual outputs and refine them based on creative
direction.
● Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva and AI tools like NanoBanana, Claude, Gemini,
ChatGPT or other similar AI tools.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
● Strong research skills, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously upskill.
Portfolio Requirement
Portfolio submission is mandatory.
Applications without work samples will be rejected.
The portfolio must clearly show:
● AI-generated visuals created by the candidate.
● Examples of prompt-driven output.
● Ability to translate ideas into cohesive visual concepts.
● Strong visual sense across layout, color, composition, and design direction.
● Any event, activation, exhibition, spatial, or experiential design work, if available.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is a creative thinker and designer who can understand an
event briefly, develop ideas, visualize them using AI, and build them into a well-structured
proposal.
They should bring ideas to the table, work independently, and be comfortable using new-age
tools to improve speed, quality, and creative output.
