We’re on the lookout for a creative powerhouse who can turn ideas into unforgettable experiences! As an Event Conceptualizer & Designer, you’ll bring client visions to life through innovative themes, immersive storytelling, and stunning designs—working closely with production and client teams.
🎯 Core Responsibilities
💡 Creative Ideation
Lead brainstorming sessions to craft unique, high-impact event concepts and engaging experience journeys.
🎭 Theming & Visual Storytelling
Transform client briefs into compelling visual narratives and define the overall look & feel of events.
🖌️ Design & Production
Create visually striking assets, including:
• 📊 Pitch Decks – Persuasive presentations that win clients
• 🏗️ Space Design – Stage layouts, floor plans & photo zones
• 📨 Event Collaterals – Invites, signage, menus, badges & digital creatives
🔧 Technical Coordination
Collaborate with production teams & vendors to ensure designs are practical, flawless, and executed to perfection.
🚀 Skills & Requirements
✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw & Canva
✔️ Strong creative thinking & storytelling abilities
✔️ Experience in events, advertising, or experiential marketing
✔️ Ability to convert briefs into impactful concepts
✔️ 3+ years in event design / creative agency / experiential marketing
