Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. As an Entry Level Marketing Junior, you will support the marketing team by contributing to market research, assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies, and participating in sales initiatives. You will help manage communication channels, foster positive customer relationships, and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns. This role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to grow their marketing skills in a dynamic and creative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Market Research and analysis to identify and assess market trends and consumer needs.
- Basic understanding of Marketing Strategy and sales processes to support campaign execution and business development initiatives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms, including MS Office and basic marketing software, is a plus.
