Job Overview
Reformed Marketing, Inc. is hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to support customer engagement and sales efforts within retail store locations in Virginia Beach. This position involves direct interaction with customers, product promotion, and learning foundational sales and business operations skills through structured training.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client products and services in assigned retail locations
- Engage with customers to provide product information and answer questions
- Promote and sell products in a face-to-face retail environment
- Learn and apply basic sales techniques and business practices
- Work with team members to meet individual and team sales goals
- Track and report daily sales and performance metrics accurately
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to retail locations in Virginia Beach
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- No prior experience required; training is provided
