Revspot is an AI-native revenue orchestration platform built for high-ticket B2C businesses in India. We integrate lead generation and structured qualification into a single operating layer so marketing spend translates into validated, sales-ready buyers. Instead of managing fragmented performance agencies, enrichment workflows and pre-sales teams, our customers operate through one coordinated revenue system.
We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with the Founder’s Office on driving revenue operations across key customer accounts.
This is an operating role with a direct path into Account Management and Business Ownership.
Role Overview
You will work on live customer accounts and revenue funnels, helping ensure campaigns execute effectively and translate into qualified pipeline and measurable outcomes.
You will operate across marketing execution, qualification workflows and client communication, with high exposure to revenue mechanics.
What You Will Work On
Account & Client Management
- Support and gradually own client communication across assigned accounts
- Understand client objectives, revenue expectations and campaign plans
- Build strong working relationships with marketing and sales stakeholders
Campaign & Funnel Execution
- Work closely with performance teams on Meta, Google and other platforms
- Ensure campaign execution aligns with targeting, creative and funnel goals
- Coordinate across internal teams (performance, creative, operations)
Pipeline & Lead Quality
- Monitor lead flow, quality and qualification outputs
- Identify gaps between marketing, qualification and sales
- Work with internal teams to improve pipeline quality
Performance & Reporting
- Track key campaign and funnel metrics
- Prepare structured performance updates
- Support optimization decisions based on data
What We Are Looking For
- 1–4 years experience in digital marketing, operations, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers
- Clear communication and structured thinking
- High ownership and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Comfort working across multiple teams and problem areas
Experience in real estate, education or other high-ticket lead generation environments is a strong advantage.
