Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Entertainment Lifestyle Coordinator based in Port, Washington, New York. The role will report to the Director of entertainment, and involves planning and organizing events, coordinating entertainment activities for residents, and ensuring an engaging and inclusive atmosphere. Responsibilities include creating event schedules, liaising with vendors, facilitating activities, and maintaining communication with residents to tailor services to their needs. The coordinator will also be responsible for administrative tasks, including presentations and setting up events.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.

• Comfortable presenting in front of a crowd and speaking on a microphone
• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, positive, and engaging personality
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable using programs like Canva, Microsoft Publisher, and Excel
• Experience in events, activities, or entertainment is a plus
Must have reliable transportation
- Strong Customer Service experience, with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Proficiency in planning and executing Entertainment and Event Planning activities
- Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations and event proposals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Energy, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus.
