Your Role
- In this role you will bring in strong experience in digital transformation space. Ability to bring together business and technology concepts in the digital transformation programs. 10+ years in with top consulting firms or consulting arms of Indian IT firms or with utilities / New Energy industry itself.
- Experience of global delivery models in the consulting / digital business; working with clients in NA market. Commercial shaping and solution architecting – you will be commercially savvy and bring a value lens to all our work with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work across sales, delivery, business development, solutioning and people management skill
- Strong sector expertise with ability to work with global clients and stakeholders. Experience of working in large advisory companies across geographies and cultures
Your Profile
- Knowledge of utilities customer platforms and /or Digital operations / IoTisation and transformation
- Worked on Smart grid / Renewable & Storage / DERMS / Energy Efficiency / Demand Response / Intelligent Asset Management /Decarbonization strategy / sustainability agenda
- Strong client facing experience. Passionate, high energy, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Work in a cross functional / teaming environment and drive business agenda across various stakeholders
