What You’ll Be Doing

Brand Activations Lead focuses on the coordination and execution of best-in-class retail media campaigns. This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are executed on time and in line with agreed standards & requirements.

The Brand Activation Lead works closely with internal teams, clients & media partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What you'll be doing:

Campaign Execution: Managing the end-to-end delivery of client & internal media campaigns, ensuring they are executed flawlessly and adhere to channel guidelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Working effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, media partners to ensure timely activation of media content and capturing proof of play.

Proactive Planning: Working with Client Solutions & Data Insights teams on presenting the most relevant creative direction for every client brief.

Process Optimization: Continuous review of content management processes to optimise automation, remove rework, duplication or non-value add.

Team Collaboration: Play a vital role in a team of media experts, bringing creative insights ensuring campaigns are optimized for outstanding performance

Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and maximising every opportunity to execute best in class award winning campaigns.

Staying In the know: Staying up to date with the latest trends in retail media industry & compliance with industry standards and regulations

Performance Monitoring: Performance analysis and management, putting corrective action in place to ensure KPIs are achieved.

What we are looking for:

Marketing / Media Degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline (quality experience candidates without a degree may be considered).

Creative background: Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Premiere Pro and Animate skills are desirable but not mandatory.

Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.

Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building positive relationships with clients and media partners.

Process Improvement Mindset: Experience in evaluating workflows and suggesting enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

An interest in retail media.
