Role Overview:
As a Digital Customer Education Specialist, you will support global digital learning delivery, manage content updates, coordinate localization, analyze engagement data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Your role ensures seamless eLearning experiences, data-driven insights, and continuous process improvements to empower healthcare professionals worldwide.
Day in the Life
- Manage digital learning platforms and troubleshoot technical issues
- Coordinate localization and translation of eLearning content
- Update and maintain Articulate Storyline courses
- Gather and analyze engagement data across platforms
- Collaborate with global teams and external vendors on projects
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2+ years experience in eLearning development or instructional technology
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
- Knowledge of learning management systems, including Adobe Learning Manager and Xyleme
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder projects
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data analysis and reporting experience, preferably with Power BI
- Familiarity with localization workflows and translation tools
- Knowledge of SCORM packaging and LMS publishing workflows
- Healthcare or medtech industry experience preferred
