We are a creative editorial post-production company specializing in commercial advertising, branded
content, and film. We collaborate with agencies, brands, directors, and production companies to bring
creative ideas to life through exceptional editorial work.
EXILE is seeking a highly organized, personable, and motivated junior to mid-level Producer to support our editorial and production teams across a variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in commercial post-production and learn directly from experienced producers, editors, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support producers and editorial teams from the award to delivery of a project
- Assist with project scheduling, session coordination, and client communications
- Help manage calendars, bookings, and editor availability
- Coordinate project assets, uploads, deliveries, and workflow tracking
- Attend client sessions and assist with session logistics
- Help facilitate communication between editorial, VFX, color, sound, and finishing teams
- Track project milestones and flag potential scheduling conflicts
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and administrative tasks as needed
Core Competencies:
- 1–3 years of experience in post-production, production, advertising, media, or a related creative field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with commercial post-production workflows is a plus but not required
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, FileMaker, or project management software is a plus

- This is an in-office position working in Del Rey, CA
- Work week is M-F 9a-7p, or later, 50hrs/week. OT and weekend work are common.
