We’re hiring a Video Editor (Part-Time / Contract → Ongoing)
Onyx Agency is looking for an experienced editor to join us part-time, with the potential to grow into an ongoing role.
We’re after someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable getting stuck into a steady flow of edits. This role is about consistency, quality, and momentum — someone who enjoys being in the edit and takes pride in delivering clean, well-finished work.
You’ll be working closely with our Creative Director (Dom), who sets the direction, and our Producer (Aaron), who keeps everything moving.
The Role
- Part-time (3 days/week)
- Remote (to start)
- Contract Duration: May to July 2026 (with potential to grow into permanent part-time role after contract)
- Rate: Based on experience — please include your day rate
This will suit someone who:
- Enjoys the process of editing and getting through work efficiently
- Is organised and keeps projects clean and easy to manage
- As an extremely high attention to detail
- Can move quickly while still maintaining a high standard
- Is comfortable working from clear direction and running with it
- Takes ownership of their work and cares about the final output
- Comfortable jumping between projects and adapting quickly based on priority.
We’ve got a strong pipeline of branded, corporate, and social work, and we’re looking for someone who can become a reliable part of how we deliver it.
