Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
Break: 1 hour
Location: Remote
Quarterly pod bonuses up to 15% based on pod performance and operational excellence.

The Opportunity
This is not an administrative role.
Your primary responsibility is improving editor performance, content quality, operational accountability, and team execution.
Your success will be measured by your ability to elevate the performance, quality, and consistency of the editors you lead.
This role is responsible for developing future leaders within the editing department and helping establish the creative standards that define Voov Media.
The ideal candidate is equally passionate about content quality, team development, and operational excellence. You should be capable of identifying performance gaps, coaching editors toward improvement, and building a culture where accountability, consistency, and creative excellence become the standard.
We are not looking for managers who simply assign work. We are looking for leaders who can elevate the people around them and drive measurable improvements in quality, performance, and execution.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of professional video editing experience
- Minimum 2 years managing creative teams
- Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills
- Exceptional storytelling and retention instincts
- Discipline and professionalism
