The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, performance-driven marketer to own our D2C Shopify channel end-to-end. You will be the sole custodian of our digital revenue—managing paid media, optimizing the website, building the retention funnel, and reporting directly to the founders.
What You Will Do
- Drive Paid Acquisition: Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search/PMAX/Shopping) — taking full ownership of daily ad budgets, scaling strategies, and ROAS targets.
- Manage the Shopify Storefront: Own the D2C website front-end — executing weekly product page updates, managing site-wide promotions, and relentlessly driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Own Lifecycle & Retention: Build and execute the complete retention funnel via Email and WhatsApp — designing automated flows (abandoned cart, welcome series) and broadcast campaigns.
- Direct Performance Content: Ruthlessly analyze ad performance and provide data-backed briefs to our creative team, specifying exactly what hooks, formats, and assets are needed to lower CPA.
What We Need
- 3–5 years hands-on D2C e-commerce marketing — you must be an in-platform executor, not just an agency manager.
- Platform Mastery: Proven, expert-level track record managing Meta and Google ad budgets profitably against strict ROAS targets.
- Shopify & Data Native: Deep experience owning a D2C website, CRO, and analytics
- Retention Builder: You have built and scaled email or messaging retention flows from scratch.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon
