Our client, a successful contemporary apparel brand, is seeking a Digital Merchandising Manager to join their growing team. This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, merchandising, and marketing, and will play a key part in driving online performance through strategic product storytelling, data-driven decision making, and seamless site execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of product launches, including uploads, tagging, descriptions, and on-site setup across PDPs, PLPs, and collections

• Lead on-site merchandising strategy across homepage, category pages, and landing pages, aligning with seasonal launches and business priorities

• Manage daily site merchandising within Shopify, leveraging sell-through, inventory, and customer behavior data to optimize performance

• Develop and execute product storytelling strategies that improve conversion, clarity, and customer confidence

• Own and maintain the site content calendar; partner with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and seasonal moments to life

• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to align traffic-driving efforts with on-site experience and conversion goals

• Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, click-through rate, and basket performance to inform site decisions

• Partner closely with planning and inventory teams to align merchandising strategy with stock flow and availability

• Oversee execution of promotions and site-wide sales, ensuring accuracy and alignment across all touchpoints

• Support ecommerce photoshoot coordination, including sample tracking, shoot planning, and final asset approval

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising or digital commerce, preferably within a fashion or brand-driven environment

• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including conversion, click-through rate, and customer retention

• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms

• Proven ability to translate data and insights into actionable merchandising strategies

• Highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience working with product launches, digital campaigns, and on-site storytelling

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across merchandising, marketing, and creative teams

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
