Role Description
eCommerce Designer & Project Manager
Do you thrive on showing initiative? Are you a creative/innovative designer who has working knowledge/expertise in Shopify, marketing, web design, eCommerce and creating digital campaigns?

You will play a key design role, work with a variety of established innovative brands in a fast-paced environment. What can I expect to do?
- Play a key role in designing high-performing Shopify stores and digital marketing assets
- Maintain a high standard of work professionalism and client service delivery
- Conceptualize/develop/build Shopify eCommerce websites and new store launches and redesigns
- Design/develop high converting landing pages that demonstrate value proposition to our clients with high value promotional site elements
- Continuously look for ways to innovate and redefine creative boundaries, while maintaining strong focus on performance and conversion
- Design high impact performance ad creatives for Google, Facebook, Instagram and Bing campaigns
- Create e-mail marketing visuals, other digital campaign assets, including collaborate with marketing teams to align creative strategies and performance goals
- Contribute to a productive team environment, while maintaining multiple on-time concept to launch project deliverables
- Self-manage/track your project progress to ensure client deadlines are met
- Collaborate with colleagues/teams across the organization to meet/exceed client expectations while ensuring seamless delivery of projects
How do I qualify?
- You have 2 or more years of demonstrated experience with designing Shopify eCommerce websites (within an agency or corporate environment)
- You have proven work experience creating paid ad creatives across major platforms
- You have sound working knowledge of UX and conversion focused design frameworks
- You have demonstrated success in taking initiative, are a self-starter who is motivated to deliver with minimal supervision
- You have demonstrated project management organization skills and apply creative thinking to drive fresh ideas
- You have proven abilities to manage multiple brands across different industries simultaneously
- You have strong business communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in the English language both written and verbal
