LaborMax Staffing is currently looking for a results-driven eCommerce Growth Specialist Drive consistent online sales and inbound leads This is not a basic “website maintenance” or “social media” role. We are looking for someone who understands how to optimize listings, run ads, grow content channels, and expand into multiple sales platforms to generate real revenue.

eCommerce Management:

 Manage and optimize our Shopify website (product listings, SEO, conversion

improvements)

 Create and improve product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords)

 Ensure all listings are clean, accurate, and optimized for sales

Marketplace Expansion:

 Launch and manage products on platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Facebook

Marketplace (national reach)

 Maintain listings and ensure consistency across all channels

Digital Marketing:

 Set up and manage Google Ads (search, shopping, etc.)

 Identify opportunities for paid and organic traffic growth

 Track performance and continuously improve campaigns

Content & Growth:

 Help build and grow our YouTube presence (product videos, installs, promos)

 Create and manage short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

 Turn products, installs, and shop activity into engaging content that drives traffic and

sales

 Assist with content strategy focused on generating leads—not just views

 Work with the team to highlight key products, bundles, and promotions

What We’re Looking For

 Proven experience with Shopify (required)

 Experience with Amazon, eBay, and Facebook Marketplace (national selling)

 Experience with YouTube content and short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

 Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing

 Strong understanding of SEO and product listing optimization

 Understanding of how to turn content into traffic, leads, and sales

 Data-driven mindset (focused on results, not just activity)

 Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects

Preferred (Not Required)

 Experience in automotive, off-road, or manufacturing industries

 Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

 Basic video editing or content creation skills

Compensation & amp; Structure

 Pay: $20–$30/hour or salary (based on experience)

 Performance incentives/bonuses based on growth

 Full-time preferred
