About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to make sure upcoming products are photographed accurately, on time, and ready for launch.
You will own the coordination process from sample procurement through shoot execution, retouching, asset organization, and handoff to the digital team. You’ll bridge the gap between product and digital by making sure the right samples are in hand, verified, organized, brought to set, photographed correctly, and delivered as final assets in time for launch.
This is a hybrid role. Much of the work can be done remotely, but sample procurement and product verification is done in our Scarborough warehouse, and shoot days are in various Toronto locations.
Responsibilities
- Procure photo shoot samples from vendors, the product team, and internal inventory as needed.
- Organize, track, and verify products ahead of each shoot.
- Coordinate photo shoots ahead of target product launches.
- Work with external producers, photographers, retouchers, and internal teams to execute photography on time and on budget.
- Ensure the right products, styles, colours, and details make it to set.
- Attend shoots as the product source of truth and provide support where needed.
- Build and manage shoot schedules, timelines, and product shot lists.
- Track assets through retouching, review, approval, and final delivery.
- Work with digital teams to ensure final images are accurate, organized, and delivered to spec in time for launch.
- Manage the photography asset library, keeping Drive up to date, properly labelled, and easy to navigate.
- Support minor website image updates as needed, including swapping old imagery for new imagery in collections, navigation, the homepage, and other site pages.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience) plus health benefits plan.
Work Structure: Hybrid (remote flexibility with required in-person days in Toronto for samples and shoot execution).
