The Role
We are hiring an E-commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on logistics, execution, and scaling operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate 3PL (third-party logistics) partners across Europe
• Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and returns
• Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels
• Identify and solve operational bottlenecks
• Improve processes to support scaling across new markets
• Work closely with customer service, marketing, and suppliers
Who You Are
• 2–6+ years experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Experience working with 3PL partners
• Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working remotely in an international team
• Fluent in English
