🌐 About the Role
As the E‑Commerce Co‑ordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising our online product ecosystem. From crafting accurate product content to supporting marketing campaigns and ensuring our website runs smoothly—you’ll be at the centre of Yamaha’s digital operations.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Manage customer service enquiries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Produce, maintain and upload accurate product content (descriptions, images, features, fitment) following Yamaha’s style guides.
- Oversee customer returns in line with company policies.
- Support the Shop Yamaha strategy through campaign and promotion execution—including content creation, artwork design, product uploads, price updates, and approvals.
- Monitor website functionality, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on key web metrics, campaign results, and performance insights.
- Coordinate monthly rebate processing and approval paperwork.
- Assist with testing and UAT for website platforms.

- Adobe Creative Suite skills (highly regarded).
