Job Scope:
- Daily website operations including maintenance, content and product update on Shopify backend; Manage external vendor on website design and development
- Assist with ideation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns;
- Manage and schedule email marketing; create customer segmentation strategy to increase engagement and conversions
- Provide insights, trends and recommendations on e-commerce optimisation through data analysis and A/B test
- Conduct research in competitors, customer behaviour and new technologies
- Assist with order management and customer service support
Requirement:
- Minimum 3+ years working experience in e-commerce
- Experience with Shopify and email marketing software are a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines
- Fluent in written & spoken Chinese and English
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Good team player in a collaborative, fast-paced brand environment
