We are looking for an “E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager” to work at Balparmak's headquarters in Çekmeköy.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in digital marketing, including e-commerce, social media and performance marketing.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing digital marketing teams and agencies.
  • Proven experience in driving customer acquisition, conversion and revenue growth through digital channels.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, CRM and data-driven marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital marketing budgets and optimizing ROI / ROAS.
  • Experience working with creative, media and digital agencies.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing and analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, presentation and copywriting skills.
  • Creative, commercially minded and open to new ideas.
  • High energy, proactive, self-starter with strong ownership mindset.
  • Analytical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Lead the transformation of marketing activities towards a digital, analytical and personalized approach.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing and e-commerce strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels.
  • Manage and monitor digital marketing and e-commerce budgets in collaboration with the brand team.
  • Coordinate with marketing communication, PR, events, retail and product marketing teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the digital marketing team to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Manage the performance of creative, media and digital agencies.
  • Track, analyze and report campaign performance, ROAS and key KPIs, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Identify insights from industry trends, consumer behavior and competitive analysis.
  • Take an active role in SEO, content development and paid media strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to increase revenue and improve efficiency through digital channels.
  • Ensure effective targeting, optimization and content management in collaboration with agencies.
