Overview
We are seeking a Show Creator/Producer to develop a Gospel Pop inspired musical event. You must come from a live production background and have extensive knowledge in musical events with audience participation. This person will be responsible for developing a 70-90 minute sing‑along event designed for multi-city execution with the desire to use domestically and internationally. This includes a turnkey show blueprint that can be implemented and overseen by a locally hired Show Caller/Stage Manager on site.
The role will be responsible for full script/ROS development to event execution, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for audiences while aligning closely with the company’s vision. In this hands‑on role, you will prepare talents, coordinate technical and creative teams, manage budgets, and prepare production documentation to support event goals. By working collaboratively within the company’s elevated production environments, you will bring the client’s vision to life, blending technical precision and excellent customer service to deliver impactful experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop a ROS:
Minute‑by‑minute flow, with timing and transitions. - Host Script Development:
Opening, lead into sing‑along moments, transitions, audience interaction, and event closing. - Real‑Time Direction:
Orchestrating the cameras, graphics, and pre‑recorded elements during live event. - Technical Coordination:
Liaising with lighting directors, sound mixers, and engineers to achieve the desired artistic vision. - Show Management:
Overseeing talent casting, rehearsals, blocking, and timing to ensure the program hits precise time cues. - Collaboration:
Working with the larger team to shape concept, content and manage talents.
- Problem‑Solving:
Resolving technical or editorial issues that arise during rehearsals and live events.
Key Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency with production equipment, video switchers, and sound systems. - Leadership:
Strong communication skills to lead crew and talent under pressure. - Must provide samples of high‑level client work available for review and discussion.
Nice to Have
Knowledgeable with the Gospel Pop music genre.
Timing
Looking to hire ASAP, with the goal to have the first 3 events go live on September 2026.
