Job Title: Director of Merchandising & Product Development

- Deep expertise in apparel merchandising and product development at a director level
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute a long?range merchandising and product strategy aligned to brand positioning, customer segmentation, and growth objectives.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering against P&L, margin, inventory, and growth targets in complex apparel businesses.
- Strong capability in translating business strategy into seasonal and multi?season product roadmaps.
- Ability to anticipate market shifts, consumer behaviour changes, and competitive dynamics, and proactively adjust product direction.
- Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial discipline
- Strong consumer and trend insight, grounded in data and performance analytics
- Excellent leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong people leadership with a track record of driving accountability, engagement, and performance.
- Experience operating in complex, fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset

Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in apparel merchandising and/or product development, including leadership responsibility
- Experience within multi-category and/or multi-channel apparel businesses preferred
- Strong background in seasonal line planning, assortment strategy, and product commercialization
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
