Director of Marketing | Women's Fashion Brand | Hybrid, Los Angeles.
We're partnering with an ambitious, fast-scaling women's contemporary fashion brand on a newly created Director of Marketing hire. The brand has a strong reputation in occasion-wear and is now evolving into a broader wardrobe brand, this role is central to that next chapter.
This role would be hybrid, three days onsite and two remotely.
The Role
A senior, full-funnel marketing leader who can own both strategy and execution. You'll lead the integrated campaign calendar, shape brand direction, oversee paid media agencies, and drive creator and content programs.
What You'll Own
- Integrated campaign strategy and seasonal calendar across paid, owned, and earned
- Brand and creative direction, briefing internal teams and external partners
- Performance marketing oversight across Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Creator, influencer, UGC, and affiliate programs
- Drive repeat engagement and conversion
Experience Required
- Background in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle preferred
- Proven at leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Comfortable directing creative and managing agency relationships
- Fluent in performance metrics , CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV
