We're partnered with a fast-growing, founder-led consumer scale-up on the search for a Brand Marketing Director to lead the next chapter of its evolution and take the driving seat in building one of the UK's next category-defining consumer brands.
🚀 The Opportunity
With a dedicated Growth Director already leading performance marketing, ecommerce, CRM, customer lifecycle and commercial growth, this role is focused on something different. You'll be the executive owner of the brand.
You'll lead on:
✨ Brand positioning & strategy
✨ Founder storytelling & thought leadership
✨ Product innovation & launches
✨ Creative campaigns & content
✨ Partnerships, PR & community
✨ Long-term brand equity & customer love
You'll define why customers choose the brand, what it stands for and how it earns long-term loyalty.
The commercial foundations are already in place. Now the business is looking for someone to build the brand that will take it from successful challenger to category leader.
🎯 About You
This role is designed for someone who has built brands that customers genuinely love.
You may have helped turn an emerging challenger into a household name through brilliant brand thinking, innovation and storytelling, rather than simply increasing marketing spend.
You'll have deep experience:
✅ Leading a consumer brand transformation or repositioning
✅ Launching breakthrough consumer products or propositions
✅ Building founder and brand authority
✅ Creating culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships or collaborations
✅ Scaling a modern, founder-led consumer brand through rapid growth
Whether your background is food & drink, wellness, beauty, lifestyle or another consumer category, you'll understand how distinctive brands create long-term commercial advantage.
We're looking for someone who knows how to build brand desire, emotional connection and lasting customer loyalty, while partnering with a high-performing growth function to turn brand strength into commercial growth.

Location: Hybrid | East London / North Kent / Essex
Package: Up to £150k base + bonus + equity
