CONFIDENTIAL Scovai, a leading innovator in the Talent Acquisition & Recruiting sector, is partnering with a prestigious luxury and fashion organisation based in Milan to identify an exceptional Digital Transformation Director. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of creative brand vision and cutting-edge technology, tasking the successful candidate with owning the end-to-end digital transformation agenda — from strategic conception through to full-scale execution. The Director will serve as the pivotal bridge between IT, marketing, retail, and supply chain functions, ensuring that technology investments translate into measurable business outcomes and an unparalleled luxury consumer experience across in-store, online, and phygital touchpoints.
In this role, you will define and drive the organisation's multi-year technology roadmap, spearheading the modernisation of ERP and CRM ecosystems, scaling omnichannel and e-commerce capabilities on platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP Hybris, and embedding data analytics and AI adoption across the business. You will hold full P&L ownership for the digital portfolio, lead change management initiatives across diverse international teams, and champion agile methodologies to accelerate delivery. Stakeholder management at the C-suite level will be central to your mandate, as will cultivating a culture of innovation that respects the heritage and exclusivity intrinsic to luxury brands.

Proven experience leading organizational change, agile transformation and building cross‑functional digital squads Expertise with Customer Data Platforms, personalization engines and AI-driven customer segmentation Track record of translating luxury brand storytelling into digital product and UX design without compromising brand aesthetics Strong vendor/ecosystem management skills including negotiating and managing global systems integrators, cloud providers and technology partners Familiarity with supply‑chain traceability and sustainability technologies (RFID, blockchain, provenance solutions)
Nice to have
- Prior experience within luxury or high-end fashion houses
- Hands-on knowledge of clienteling platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Tulip)
- Familiarity with RFID/NFC product authentication technologies
- International cross-functional team leadership experience
- Fluency in both Italian and English
