Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI for a hybrid clinical and immersive digital platform
- Develop dashboard interfaces that surface complex clinical research data in clear, accessible, and visually compelling ways
- Collaborate on data visualization pipelines, translating collected research data into meaningful and digestible visual formats
- Partner with software engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible, well-specced, and handed off cleanly
- Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system and component library in Figma
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking and visual craft
- Proficiency in Figma across the full design process including research synthesis, wireframing, prototyping, and UI production
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or dashboards in clinical, research, analytics, or similar contexts
- Comfortable collaborating fluidly between creative direction and engineering constraints
- Self-directed and adaptable with the ability to navigate ambiguity and move quickly without sacrificing quality
