The Opportunity
One of Australia’s leading telco and technology brands is seeking an experienced Digital Producer who is an AEM Specialist.
You will join a high-performing Digital Content Centre of Excellence where you'll be at the forefront of delivering world-class digital solutions, working on high-traffic eCommerce platforms and multi-channel campaigns that reach millions of Australians.
The Role
As the subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager, you will be responsible for authoring, publishing, and optimising quality content across digital platforms and be a key collaborator, translating business requirements into seamless customer flows.
- AEM Execution: Author and publish content, manage the DAM, and maintain Experience/Content fragments to an exceptional standard.
- Project Management: Gather stakeholder requirements and manage project timelines, wireframes, and deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Briefing: Work closely with copywriters, designers, UX, and Accessibility specialists to bring creative visions to life.
- QA & Compliance: Ensure all deployments are flawless, data-validated, and strictly adhere to WCAG (Accessibility) standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate complex approval paths (Legal, Pricing, Product) to ensure timely delivery.
About You
You are a technical producer who balances creative acumen with rigorous attention to detail.
- Solid experience specifically within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)—this is essential.
- A background in large-scale digital platforms, ideally within complex corporate environments.
- Proficiency in Jira and Omniture (or similar analytics/workflow tools).
- An understanding of WCAG and customer-centric design practices.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
