We intuitively deliver this through Marcel Make, the world’s first Intelligent Content agent. The result? Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.

The role:

The primary role of our Digital Producer is to ensure all digital campaigns and projects are managed and delivered successfully and to the highest standards, whether producing the project themselves or assisting other members of the production team on their projects. To achieve this, all projects must be managed according to best-practice delivery management from briefing through scoping and development to quality control and post deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximising agency revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple campaign technical projects in digital and AI concurrently, at various stages of the project from creative concept, prototyping to delivery. Ranging from campaign microsites, AI content generations (stills and animated), technical website projects, social assets, animations and video content.
  • Managing the standard digital production process on multiple campaigns concurrently, at various stages of the production process – from discovery/brief inception and scoping through to creative concepts, design, technical build/integration and testing, delivering them on time and cost effectively, and to the highest standards.
  • Delivering digital campaigns with automated design systems in responsive frameworks
  • Manage in-house creatives, designers and developers, GenAI artists and external delivery teams to deliver a range of technical and AI digital projects across multiple clients and multiple agencies.
  • Write detailed project scopes – including developing scoping documents for technical digital projects and functional specifications for websites and web/mobile applications, project plans and effort estimates, project risks, interdependencies and assumptions.
  • Build and manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Adhere to the agency’s financial management processes on your projects – incl. monitoring project profitability through running regular job cost reports and reconciling jobs. Where required, report in real time to the account service lead any issues that could result in overages or loss of revenue.

Experience:

  • 4 + years' experience working in campaign and technical production, including AI and digital.
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team, flexing as required to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Technical competence with HTML/HTML5 and main ad serving technologies (DoubleClick, Sizmek, etc.) for standard and rich media display is desirable.
