A little bit about the role…

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help deliver high-impact digital campaigns across email, paid media, and onsite channels.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on ensuring digital campaigns are accurate, aligned, and ready to launch across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our Trade, CRM, eCommerce, Creative and Media teams to coordinate campaign assets, product priorities, and messaging so that our campaigns go live smoothly and perform strongly.

This role can be based in Christchurch, New Zealand or South Melbourne, Australia.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

  • Translate trade campaign briefs into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams and agency partners
  • Coordinate campaign elements including creative assets, product lists, copy, links and landing pages
  • Ensure messaging, product priorities and offers are aligned across email, paid media and onsite experiences

Campaign Execution & QA

  • Conduct detailed quality checks across campaign elements including:
  • URLs and UTMs
  • Product accuracy and pricing
  • Creative and messaging alignment
  • Landing page functionality
  • Coordinate fixes across teams to ensure campaigns are launch-ready
  • Support CRM campaign builds and digital campaign deployment processes

Onsite & SEO Campaign Support

  • Ensure campaign landing pages are accurate and aligned to messaging
  • Identify and flag basic SEO issues such as broken links or missing metadata
  • Work with SEO and content teams to ensure campaigns support organic visibility

Workflow & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Manage campaign timelines, asset deadlines and approvals
  • Maintain campaign trackers and documentation
  • Work closely with Trade, CRM, Creative, eComm and agency partners to keep campaigns moving

Campaign Learning & Improvement

  • Contribute to post-campaign reviews with Performance and CRM teams
  • Provide insights into campaign execution and operational improvements
  • Support identification of optimisation opportunities across channels

Skills & Experience

Digital Marketing

  • Exposure to paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta or affiliate networks
  • Basic understanding of SEO and product listing optimisation
  • Experience with campaign tracking including UTMs and tagging

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform
  • Building and deploying email or SMS campaigns
  • Campaign segmentation, A/B testing and reporting

Analytics & Platforms

  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of product feeds (Google Merchant Center or Meta Commerce)
