Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms, specifically on platforms outside Meta. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that generate leads, increase engagement, website traffic, and conversions. The specialist will also play a key role in driving creative and data-driven marketing initiatives to promote Dole’s Music’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including creating, monitoring, and optimising campaigns across different platforms other than Meta
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
- Expertise in Digital Marketing with a strong understanding of Online Marketing strategies outside Meta
- Experience with Web Analytics, including tracking, interpreting, and reporting data for performance improvement
- Knowledge of the music and entertainment industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask, adapt to fast-paced environments, and manage deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices is advantageous
This role offers a fixed + performance-based variable compensation with no cap on earning capabilities.
