Our client Agay Barho is looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist in REMOTE
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, editing media, and publishing posts across social media channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and online growth. This remote position offers flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create, design, and publish engaging social media content including posts, reels, shorts, and videos.
- Edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand strategy.
- Write compelling captions, descriptions, and hashtags optimized for audience engagement and platform algorithms.
- Schedule and post content consistently using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally when required.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as banners, presentations, and promotional graphics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience in video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Fluency in English — both written and verbal is a must.
Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Good working laptop or desktop capable of handling editing software.
- Backup power/electricity solution to sustain working hours.
- Quiet home office environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
- Experience working with U.S. or Canada-based companies.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO, YouTube optimization, and paid social media advertising.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
