Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and online performance. Key responsibilities include planning and executing digital campaigns across various online platforms, managing social media channels, and overseeing content marketing initiatives. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance metrics, optimizing paid advertising strategies, supporting SEO and website improvement efforts, and identifying new digital growth opportunities. Additional duties include preparing marketing reports, monitoring market trends, coordinating with creative and cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. The position requires strong analytical thinking, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives effectively in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital marketing strategy, online campaign management, and brand promotion

• Knowledge of social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and content marketing practices

• Familiarity with digital analytics tools, website performance monitoring, and audience engagement strategies

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and implement optimization initiatives

• Strong creativity, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications

• Understanding of customer acquisition strategies, online branding, and marketing performance metrics

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• Experience in digital advertising platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus

• Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and cross-functional departments

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail
