As the brand continues to grow, it is hiring for a Digital Marketing Lead who will be at the heart of driving growth across the brand’s entire digital ecosystem. Your mission? Turn attention into acquisition, creative into conversion and unlock scalable revenue growth.

About the role

This is not your typical digital marketing role.

You’ll own performance marketing end-to-end. From strategy through to hands-on execution, predominantly on Meta, but also on emerging channels for the brand like TikTok, Google & display.

But performance here isn’t just about media buying. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the customer experience, partnering closely with the team to optimise the Shopify environment, improve onsite conversion and ensure every campaign is designed to convert.

Campaign creative will be a big part of your world, too. You’ll use insights and campaign data to guide messaging, formats and creative development, creating scroll-stopping ads, compelling product stories and content that drives engagement and return on ad spend.

Day to day, you’ll be analysing campaign trends, testing new audiences and platforms, scaling what works and moving quickly to optimise what doesn’t. From launching campaigns and refining creative to spotting growth opportunities and improving the funnel.

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for a digital marketer who knows that growth isn’t just about clicks and impressions, it’s about building meaningful connections with customers, optimising every touchpoint and turning insight into action. You have 4+ years’ experience scaling performance campaigns, driving acquisition and making brands in beauty, retail or fashion shine.

You know your way around Meta like the back of your hand and can dive straight into Meta Ads Manager and Shopify without missing a beat. You can also support emerging platforms like Google and TikTok. Bonus points if you’ve mastered the full digital customer journey, from acquisition to conversion and have a working knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, Yieldify, Yotpo, GA4 and Google Ads Manager.

Numbers are your bestie – you love digging into campaign data, spotting trends, running A/B tests and turning insights into strategies that actually work.

But you also know that digital isn’t just data, it’s storytelling. You know how to create scroll-stopping performance creative in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, write copy that converts and obsess over the details that make campaigns perform.

Success looks like

Success in this role will be measured by strong paid media performance and ROAS, efficient customer acquisition through a healthy CAC and LTV: CAC ratio and ongoing improvements to website conversion rates. You will also drive growth in SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings and conversions, all while delivering high-performing, scalable digital marketing campaigns that contribute to overall revenue growth.
