📍 Location: Fully-remote (Philippines)

🕒 Schedule: Day Shift (Australian Time Zone) Part time (20 hours per week) moving to full time within 6 months.

About the Client

The client is an Australian-based Print and Brand Management business supporting small to medium businesses with marketing strategy, branding, digital content, social media, email marketing, advertising, and print collateral.

They operate as a long-term brand partner for their clients, ensuring consistent messaging across digital platforms and print materials. The team is small, collaborative, and quality-focused, with strong attention to brand alignment and execution.

Role Overview

This role supports the Digital Marketing Coordinator and is primarily execution-focused. The VA will be responsible for producing marketing deliverables based on provided strategy, brand guidelines, and campaign direction.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly detail-oriented, organised, and confident working across multiple client brands without mixing tone or visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Production (High Priority)

  • Create monthly content calendars for multiple clients
  • Write on-brand captions and post copy
  • Design branded social graphics using Canva
  • Schedule content via Later.com

Mailchimp Campaign Builds (High Priority)

  • Build and format EDMs in Mailchimp
  • Test campaigns across desktop and mobile
  • Schedule campaigns once approved
  • Track performance (opens, clicks, link performance)
  • Provide insights and recommendations

Paid Ads Support (Meta + Google)

  • Create ad copy variations and static creatives
  • Assist with audience setup and campaign builds
  • Track performance and support optimisation
  • Produce post-campaign reports

Reporting & Analytics

  • Compile monthly/quarterly client reports
  • Present social, email, and ads performance
  • Provide basic insights and recommendations

Brand & Website Support

  • Write/refine blog articles and website copy
  • Research SEO keywords and integrate into content
  • Support brand voice and style guide documentation

Occasional Print & Signage Design Support

  • Assist with flyers, posters, brochures, capability statements, and editable PDFs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Agency or multi-client experience
  • Understanding of marketing strategy (beyond execution)
  • Strong written English and confident copywriting
  • Ability to interpret performance data and provide insights
  • Strong design instincts and layout skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
  • Comfortable working from notes, transcripts, Loom videos, or recordings
  • Able to manage multiple client brands simultaneously
  • Experience producing social content, EDMs, and reports

Must-Have:

  • Canva (strong)
  • Mailchimp (build + reporting)
  • Social media scheduling tools (Later.com preferred)
  • Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager (basic level)
  • Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive)
  • ChatGPT (for copywriting & efficiency)

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • AI-assisted design tools
  • Google Ads – basics
  • SEO tools (e.g., Ubersuggest, SEMrush)
