Role Overview
Anyone can write with AI today. That's not the bar. We're looking for someone with a natural interest in how people communicate — someone who notices when a piece of writing feels right, gets curious about why certain things grab attention, and wants to get better at it. You don't need years of experience. You just need to genuinely care about the craft and be willing to explore. You use AI to move fast. But you have the curiosity to question the output and make it better.
Fresh grads are welcome. Experience is appreciated. Mindset is everything.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid. Report to our office in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong once to twice a week — 8 minutes walking distance from the LRT. The rest is flexible.

What You'll Do
- Write ad copy and creative direction briefs for the graphic design team
- Script videos for the videography team
- Write captions for social media ads and organic posts
- Write landing page copy that's built to convert
- Develop social media content across different client brands
- Use AI to ideate, draft, and iterate faster — then apply your judgment to make it good
Must Have
- A genuine interest in writing and communication
- Curiosity about people — what makes them pay attention, feel something, or take action
- Comfortable using or willing to learn AI tools
- Able to adapt your tone and style to different brands
- Good command of written English
Good to Have
- Can write in Mandarin
- Some exposure to digital ads or performance marketing
- A side project, blog, or anything that shows you create for the love of it

- Work is delivered on time
- Content fits the client's brand voice and feels right to their audience
- The creative and digital teams find your briefs and scripts easy to work with
- Clients and the internal team give positive feedback
- You're getting faster and better over time — with or without being asked
