Divine Real Estate is one of Erbil's growing property companies. We're expanding our marketing operations and need a senior digital marketer with a creative eye and a proven track record of creating content that gets results and gets shared.
In this role, you will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage our Meta Ads, and build a brand presence that people actually stop scrolling for. You will be the driving force behind our online visibility and lead generation across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
Requirements
Digital Marketing (Core)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite skills campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation strategy, and audience psychology
- Analytical mindset comfortable reading performance data and adjusting strategy accordingly
- Experience managing paid and organic channels simultaneously
Creative Content & Viral Thinking
- Proven ability to create high-engagement or viral content results and examples required
- Strong creative eye you know what stops a scroll, what gets shared, and what builds brand trust
- Ability to develop compelling content ideas across video, Reels, static posts, and stories
- Experience directing or producing short-form video content for social media
- Strong understanding of content trends in the Iraqi and MENA market
Communication & Language
- Iraqi Arabic fluency written and spoken is required
- Kurdish language skills (Sorani) are a strong advantage
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, on-brand copy independently
General
- Self-motivated with strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Portfolio or proven results from past campaigns is mandatory
