WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Focus: Hospitality Vertical
- Integrated Strategy: Develop and oversee sophisticated multi-market digital strategies. You will align paid search, metasearch, programmatic/display, and paid social to the specific nuances of the global travel calendar and luxury consumer habits. Able to understand how to measure and attribute across channels. A thorough understanding of metasearch and paid social is key for success in this role.
- Trend & Audience Intelligence: Actively monitor global travel trends (e.g., revenge travel shifts, seasonal booking windows, emerging luxury hubs) to pivot media allocations proactively.
- Consumer Journey Mapping: Design cross-channel frameworks that sync with the traveler’s path—from "dreaming" and "planning" to "booking" and "on-property" experience.
- Global Collaboration: Act as the strategic glue between our Hong Kong hub, APAC/EU teams, and our Seoul office to ensure a unified "One Assembly" service standard.
- Performance Evolution: Beyond standard reporting, you will provide deep-dive insights on audience media consumption habits, ensuring our creative and media placements resonate with high-net-worth travelers.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior talent, manage complex client budgets, and contribute to business development by showcasing our hospitality expertise in pitches.
THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Hospitality Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of digital experience with a proven track record in the travel or hospitality sector. You understand ADR, occupancy-driven bidding, and seasonal demand.
- Technical Mastery: Deep, hands-on understanding of: Programmatic/Display, Paid Social, and Paid Search/Metasearch
- Strategic Vision: Ability to explain why a certain channel mix fits a specific travel trend or audience segment.
- Global Mindset: Experience managing campaigns across different regions and understanding local nuances in media consumption (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Adara, Sojern, Derbysoft, CM360, etc)
- Communication: Fluent in English. You must be able to articulate complex datadriven strategies clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative Spirit: A "bridge-builder" who can work effectively across different time zones and office cultures.
THE ROADMAP TO SUCCESS: YOUR MILESTONES
- The First 90 Days
- Deep Dive: Have a thorough understanding of the account. Able to identify immediate "low-hanging fruit" for optimization on the existing account.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong working rhythms with internal cross-market teams and become the go-to point of contact for the client’s day-to-day strategic and activation needs.
- Beyond 9 months
- Strategic Autonomy: Lead the annual planning process independently, requiring minimal oversight from directors.
- Operational Excellence: Full ownership of cross-market workflows, ensuring all the internal teams are perfectly synced on execution and reporting.
- Innovation Lead: Proactively identify new opportunities or beta tests (e.g., new travel-specific ad formats) that keep our clients ahead of the competition.
- Mentorship: Be recognized as a Team Lead who has successfully upskilled junior members.
